How to use:
1. Turn the cap counter-clockwise to loosen and remove.
2. Warm Application: Fill the bag with warm tap water until two-thirds full.
Cold Application: Fill the bag with cold tap water or crushed ice until two-thirds full.
3. Release excess air from the bag.
4. Securely tighten the cap back onto the bag by turning it clockwise until tight.
